Joanne Jarrett, a family physician, turned stay-at-home mom, writer, and cozy clothes designer, talks about how motherhood reinvented her career and the importance of staying creative and inspired as a mom.

We’re guilty of feeling pigeon-holed by societal norms and expectations. That’s why Joanne’s zest for life is so infectious. She proactively left a highly esteemed and highly exhausting career in family medicine to take care of her children. Then, as a stay-at-home mom, she launched multiple side hustles to keep her creativity alive. After talking to Joanne, we’re considering what creative outlets we can find to blend in with our mom and work lives.

You can find Joanne on social media, her podcast (where she shares funny, embarrassing, humbling stories to make you feel less alone in your imperfections), and shortly in stores!
