Kids are at home 24/7. Parents’ work environments have been flipped upside down. Moms everywhere have become homeschool teachers overnight and are now running households on yesterday’s coffee fumes.
These unexpected changes can take a significant toll on relationships and marriages. Research claims divorce rates will likely spike in light of the quarantine.
And frankly, we don’t want to be in those shoes.
So, we welcomed back Mommy Therapist Allyson Pitre, MA, LPC, to discuss the impact the quarantine has on our relationships and how to keep our marriage happy, healthy, and moving forward during these unpredictable times.
